You’ll need a proof of public tender in order to practice ambulant trade. It depends on the kind of trade if you’ll also need a license as a market merchant, stand holder or street trader. You can apply for this license in the district where you want to practice your trade.

The partner card is being used when the partner wants to use the market place or stand together or instead of the licensee. Street traders are being excluded from a partner card. How to apply for a partner card? - A partner card has to be collected by the partner personally. - You’ll have to bring a certificate of parish register (not older than 3 months) which contents the married state, or living together at the same address for 2 years minimum). - Also bring a valid identification paper (passport, driver license) and a recently taken passport photograph. - Legal charges are indebted for this partner card.
